TIP:Can pediatric pneumonia be detected by stethoscope?

If children often cough and fever, it may cause pneumonia. If the condition is serious, it can also be heard by stethoscope. It must be pneumonia if there are bubbles or moist rales. There is no moist rale when you only have a cold. However, this is only an auxiliary examination. After that, a radio-graph should be taken to check it, so that it is more accurate.

For some cases of mild pneumonia,rales cannot be heard, but the pneumonia can be recognized by chest radio-graph. But if wet rales can be heard by the pediatric nurse stethoscope, definitely the radio-graph can detect the pneumonia.
