PBT is abbreviation of Polybutylece terephthalate.
Polybutylece terephthalate , belonging to the polyester series, is formed by polycondensation of 1.4-butylene glycol (1.4-Butylene glycol) with terephthalic acid (PTA) or terephthalate (DMT). A milky white translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester resin prepared by a mixing process.
